| 102 | Notes FOR ITEMS SER NO 96.1,96.02 and 96.03 :- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor include the rate for inspection / maintenance and testing of Air Conditioning Plant only through the authorised OEM service engineer, checking of water flow, over heating of compressor, serviceability of all components like refrigerant gas pressure switch (High/Low) sensors, condenser / chiller water flow switches, crank case heater, thermostatic expansion valve, electric controle centre micro computer control system, PCBs, SMPS, MCCB, MCBs control wiring alongwith all connected items of plant etc.(ii) The duration of the checking is once in every month throughout the currency of contract through OEM authorized service engineer/dealers.(iii) Periodical test report to be submitted monthly through the authorized OEM service engineer duly signed.(iv) Report of monthly inspection maintenance carried out by the contractor also to be submitted on every inspection / maintenance and after rectification of any breakdown.(v) Apart from the monthly periodic inspection the contractor is liable for conducting inspection/maintenance/repair on call basis through the OEM if required. On call the contractor is required to attend the complaint within 24 hrs.
