| 3 | Providing and fitting of Complete HT Busing including metal parts, washers, Bushing clamps, washers & arching horns. |
| 4 | Complete servicing of OLTC by way of replacement of damaged roller contacts, spring, gear etc. |
| 5 | Fixing of HT Coil of R Phase found in short condition, the job involves very high technical experts and precision opening & fixing back of damaged winding disc in the coil. |
| 6 | Fresh Delta Connection required on HT Side, the job also includes brazing HT Metal Parts & Frame setup. |
| 7 | Hot oil bath of complete Core Coil Assy. before shifting for Heat Treatment. The job includes heat treatment of complete core coil assembly after oil bath. |
| 8 | Complete Desludging of transformer tank & Radiators. The job includes repairing of the radiator core assembly by way of welding to clog the damaged spots |
| 9 | Providing and fitting of miscellaneous Items like SRBP Tubes, tapes, washers etc. |
| 10 | Filtration & Filling back of available transformer oil around 700 ltrs (After filtration BDV should be 40 KV) |
| 11 | Providing, Filtration and filling of fresh transformer oil with 40+ Kv BDV value. |
| 12 | Providing and fitting of Phase Barrier between RYB Phase Coils. |
| 13 | Replacement of gaskets on LV sides, transformer main tank, OLTC main tank & Radiators. |
| 14 | Providing and filling of silica gel for breather |
| 15 | Complete Routine Testing of Transformer before dispatch (no load, load, high voltage, resistance & ratio) at workshop |
