(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) |
| 5 | Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level 110mm dia |
| 6 | Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. | 7 | Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) |

| 9 | Fabricating, Supplying and fixingin position Mosquito net arrangements of fixed type. The Outer frame shall be made with Powder coated Aluminium Natural colour matt finish Aluminium Hollow section of size 31mmx40mmx1.55mm. The Vertical center Mullion made with Aluminium Hollow section of size 55mmx11mmx1.55mm. The Horizontal and Vertical Aluminium Hollow section Shutter frame of size 31mmx13mm with a thickness of 1.55mm. The Mid Horizontal Aluminium Hollow section frame provided in the shutter with a size of 10mmx11mmx1.55mm. The Epoxy coated Stainless Steel 304 grade wire mesh with dia of 0.19mm shall be provided for Net. The Mosquito net arrangement should be fixed to the window with 100% packing with Screws, Silicon packing all around the frames with including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column/wall, masonry walls, Window frames, where necessary with drills to the required extent and make good to the original conditions after fixing also as directed. All the Aluminium sections are to the powder coated with matt finish under electrically controlled conditions in accordance with relevant IS Code etc.complete complying wit standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
