Preparation of site layout plans showing proposed and existing elements at BOP, including development work i.e. Underground sump, footpath with PCC base and paver blocks, distribution pipe lines, septic tank for 20 user & 50 user capacity, C/O Parameter fencing and Providing and fixing of RO Plant etc water supply, ring bundh, trees, boundary to be plotted in layers with proper legend submitted in coloured hard copy (03 Nos sets of size A1/A2) alongwith Soft Copy and Autocad file as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Soil investigation SPT Test as per IS: 2131-1981 and collection of samples(03 Nos), testing of these samples in laboratory for grain size analysis, Atterberg limits, water content, cohesion angle of internal friction, specific gravity, wet & dry bulk density etc. and evaluation of safe bearing capacity along with strata logs and submission of comperhensive report. Upto 10.00 m depth with recommendation in 03 copies (Soft & hard) complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Submission of Structural and architectural drawings with Structure and Plan, cross section, elevation, Sectional elevation with full details, full reinforcement details, detailed calculation & Drawing as per latest I.S. Code (including vetting from Govt. college or University), drawings in soft and hard copy (03 Nos sets of size A1/A2) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation and Submission of Comprehensive Detailed Estimate of the all buildings alongwith Detailed Estimate of Development work of BOP i.e (Overhead tank, Underground sump, footpath with PCC base and paver blocks, distribution pipe lines, septic tank for 20 user capacity, septic tank for 50 user capacity, C/O Parameter fencing and Providing and fixing of RO Plant & upto date correction slips.The Scope includes generating item-wise Measurement sheet(LBD), Abstract of Cost and detailed analysis of Rates for Non-Scheduled Items through Market rates justifications. Deliverable shall include Technical Specifications and complete documentation in both Hard and Soft (Excel/PDF) formats as per CPWD standards/IS Codes and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
