| 1 | M & L for taking down the Defective Electric Induction Motor of 120 HP Capacity of Kirloskar make 415 Volt, 3 Phase by dismantling the electrical connections, decoupling with pump, removing the motor from bed, transporting to workshop, dismantling the burnt out winding from Rotor/Stator and rewinding the Rotor or Stator with same type Super Enamelled Copper Conductor of same Gauge, Weight, same Number of turns and with necessary Insulating Material, Varnishing, Backing, replacement of Bearings with new Bearings, worn-out bushes, connectors, Terminal Plate, Re-assembling the motor completely transporting back to site and fixing back in original position aligning with the Pump, connecting cable through terminal block, applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint including preparation of surfaces and including testing and commissioning on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. |
