It shall also include cleaning/removal of vegetation, algae, dirt, greasy layers (on all vertcal, horizontal, tapered, downward/upward hanging inside, concave longitudinal/veritcal louvers or any other existing surface) . After cleaning, two coats of epoxy bonding agent is to be applied as per site. Then repair of existing surface with plaster and grit and making/maintained existing pattern of finish. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. (Ref:-14.72) |
