| 22 | M&L for water proofing treatment on non approachable / non accessible roof surface horizontal and vertical surfaces in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed :-(i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces.(ii) Applying a coat of oxidized bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / sqm.(iii) Applying evenly tack coat of industrial bitumen 85 / 25 grade @ 1.2 Kg / sqm.(iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coat surfaces polymeric water proofing membrane, hyperplas standard weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer instruction.(v) Applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 gm / sqm over and including a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85 / 25 @ 1.2 Kg / sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane.NOTE:- The polymeric water proofing membrane shall be extended upto parapet walls and inserted in walls by cutting groove and making good with cement mortar 1:3 as directed.
