| 6 | S&F Pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with cranked huck bolt with washer self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Taking down of Eaves gutter/rain water pipe( AC/ PVC/CI, rain water pipe /SWG pipe line of any size or pattern), incl all fittings, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | S&F in repairs 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with fixed to walls,including cutting hole for fixing and making good complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Taking down of cement plaster on walls of any description incl raking out of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Demolition brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stoneworks and precast articles complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.. |
| 12 | M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions as per requirement of site complete all as specified and directed.
