| 10 | Material and labour for supply and application of Nitobond EP Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd or equivalent epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Material and labour for supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd.) or Amandur, (manufactured by GK technocom) or equivalent over the corroded reinforcement bar wherever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) or equivalent modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm (applied in two layers not exceeding 20mm each), including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Material and labour for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior weather proof paint of required shade work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) on new prepared plastered external surfaces and including scaffoldings and cradles including hoisting and lowering as required with bracing , support complete all as specified and as directed.
