Providing, fixing & errection of Submersible Monoblock Pump Set of KSB/B.S/Johnston make comprising to relevant B.I.S. code. The Pump should be fitted with free fine impeller of suitable alloys as per BIS 5659-1978 with upto date ammendments suitable for Raw water having greased packed bearing and shall with wound stator on motor side and with shaft protection on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be fitted with a divice to take up expension of water with the heating of motor. The squirrel cage electric induction motor (Water-proof type of suitable H.P. motor of same make as that of pump confcorming to BIS-9287-1979 latest with upto date ammendments totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermedaite casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and greased packed lubricated bearing and providing with stainless thurst bearing plate to with stand the vertical load with minimum wear and tear and suitable for operation . Providing and fixing floor mounted closed almirah type control pannel with Ampere meter, Volt meter, ICTP switch, Bus bar chamber Three phase indicating lamp MCB, Star delta starter and internal wiring etc. ( Automatic Type)

Providing and welding of M.S. bend of 150mm dia in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Errection charges including carriage in all lead and lift inclluding head load and testing at site as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6 sqmm 3 core cables of reputed make Havells/JEC/Gloster/Finolex/Elco upto entire satisfaction of engineer in charge

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to below 65 mm dia and wall thickness MSERW/GMS pipe welded in three number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ES/ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991 including Die pentration test, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/machanical handling of pipe in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double flanged Cast iron sluice valve of 65 mm dia dia of Kirloskar/Leader make conforming to :14846/2000 with up to date amendment as per Class PN-1.0 to withstand in normal seat pressure 10.20Kg/cm² including welding with M.S. flanges table-5 as per IS 6392-1971 ncluding carriage in all leads and lifts asper direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
