| 12 | Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. |
| 13 | Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |
| 14 | Providing and laying waterproofing treatment over the existing roof as directed by E-I-C and consisting of: |
| 15 | Cleaning and washing of the surface of existing roof to make it free from dust, oil, grease and loose particles by brushing properly exposing rugged surface and final washing. |
| 16 | Surface cleaning and crack filling: Repairing the damaged surface with Terroza ready plast, widening and deepening of cracks and fill all cracks by terraoza crack filler overlapping 25 mm on either side. |
| 17 | Moisturing the surface and application of Terroseal evenly over the surface to penetrate deep inside the poresand create elastomeric filmover it. |
| 18 | Application of heavy duty reinforced glass fibre net (Terromesh) of high tensile strength and alkali resistance over the surface covering vertical side walls. |
| 19 | Application of second coat Terroseal uniformly over the Terromesh. |
| 20 | Application of Terroza water proofing compound with water and terroseal over the surface with rolleror trowel like gurmala plaster to form a hydrophobic barrier for water and insulate the surface from heat and cold. |
| 21 | After complete drying of surface application of Terroza building guard in two or more coats with brush or roller and allow it to dry completely to seal the surface in all respect. The contractor has to carry out pre-manoon inspection every year for 5 years along with SDE(C)/ JTO(C) concern regarding the water tightness being intact & free from any cracks and a joint visit certificate having signature of SDE(C)/ JTO(C) & contractor shall be submitted to EE (C), BCD Jaipur. |
