The rates includes the cost of providing sufficient labour and experience supervisor at the time of handing ove stacking, sorting, storing etc., dismantled material of 15M three legs RTT tower approximate weight 2..00 MT and lead upto 105 KM approximately. |
| 16 | Making and supplying at site anchor bolts for fixing base of tower manufactured from 25 mm dia mild steel bars of required length and threaded at top upto 150 mm length and welded with lugs made from 100mmx100mmx 10 mm thick mild steel plate at 50 mm from bottom including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos (Nuts & Checknuts)and MS spring washer etc all complete as per drected by the Engineer- in -charge. |
| 17 | Placing and embedding in position required number of foundation anchor bolts, nuts and template in each leg of RCC Column and beam of 3 -legged tower as per the structural drawing and agreement maintaining the levelling and verticality centre to entre distances accurately all complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. |
| 18 | Providing hot dipped galvanised nuts,bolts,spring washers and plain washers of required size and length for fixing the same at the joints/junctions of tower wherever found required during maintenance of tower.(The materials for nuts,bolts shall be of grade 4.6 and as per 6639-1972,IS :1364(Part I to V)-2002,IS:1367(Part VIII)-1992,plain washers as per IS:6610-1972 and spring washers of Type-B as per IS:3063-1994,IS:1148-1982,IS:2015-1977). |
| 19 | Supplying & Fixing of hot-dipped galvanised steel members for tower to fix the same wherever found missing or replace any damaged/bent tower members (The material to be used for tower -member shall be galvanised M.S. of grade 'A' as per IS:2062-1999 & IS:808-1989 and satisfy the relevant tests as per IS codes.The fabrication shall be done in accordance with IS:800-1984 and also in accordance with the approved drawings for the tower under maintenance.The galvanising shall conform to IS:4759 & 2629.The total mass of galvanising coating shall not be less than 610 gms/sqm.i.e. 85 microns thickness.) |
| 20 | Erection of Roof Top Tower upto 15M height at desired location and floor as decided by competent authority. This includes all labour and works involed in erection of tower, including shorting numbering etc. All complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. |
| 21 | Welding plant at site i/c welding of new column bars to existing slab/ beam & column reinforcement bars as directed by engineer incharge.( New reiforcement to be paid separately) |
| 22 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical/manual means with tractor trolley including laying down the material from 3rd floor roof to ground floor outside building in gunny/juite bags including all loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
| 23 | (a) Supplying, installing, testing & comissioning of Single dome Aviation obstruction light (AOL) fixture having base made of aluminium die cast / fibre body and top cover of red polycarbonate dome & 230 V AC LED Aviation obstruction lamp with 300 & more Nos. clear LED's having light intensity of minimum 1200 LUX & necessary auto on-off scanner photo cell unit with tranformer in built in dome light of make from Vijay, Binoy, Altrox or equivalent etc. with necessary clamp for fixing arrangement etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 24 | Providing and fixing MCB of range 6-32 Amp of Havells, Merlin Gerin or equivalent make. |
| 25 | Providing and fixing PVC double insulated 2 core x 1.5 Sq.mm. copper conducter / unarmoured power cable (Finolax,Polycab or equivalent) including removing damaged power cable and encasing new power cable in existing PVC conduit pipe wherevere required .
