Shifting of FM 200/NOVAC 1230 (FK5-1-12) gas from filled & pressurised FM 200 Cylinders to another vessel and Refilling it back in FM 200 cylinder after hydrostatic testing. (Note- Vendor shall ensure that, there should not be loss of FM200/NOVAC 1230 (FK5-1-12) gas, more than 35 % of cylinder capacity. Statutory Hydro-Static Pressure Testing and painting for all FM 200/NOVAC 1230 gas Cylinders from CCoE/ PESO Approved testing agency. Required test certificates to be issued to IOCL about successful testing and passing thetest standards of the cylinders. Hydrotesting date to be imprinted inevery cylinders after hydrotest as per PESO guidelines.Certificate to be submitted of PESO Approved testing agency.Hydrostatic testing of Cylinders in line with technical specifications including Servicing,Overhauling and Testing of Valves shall also be done.Location wise Quantity ae as Follows:1.Total Quantity for PHBPL Barauni: 92.
