| 1 | Dismantling transformer step down out door type 11KV/433 Volts of capacity 315 KVA by disconnecting incoming /outgoing cables and ACSR jumpers, opening top end of the unit by unscewing nuts/bolts washers etc complete all as directed for replacement of unserviceable parts and reassembling including reconnections of incomers and outgoing connections (work includes replacement of gasket, seal, draining out and refilling of transformers oil, rusted /unsv nuts bolts with washers and general cleaning of transformers inner chamber by removing accumulated sludge etc at bottom before refixing) complete all as directed Notes:- (i) The transformer repair works shall be carried out at installed site by engaging specialised and experienced technicians and Auth work shop. (ii) The oil shall be filtered before refilling (if found reusable) The charge for filteration will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Breakdown shall be attend on verbal information recieved (iv) Rates for items No2 to 9 shall be paid as supply only as labour rate is included in this item. |
| 2 | Supply only the LT porcelain bushings with LT bushung rod (sturds) made out of gun metal with threading & of suitable length/ size complete of transformer step down out door type 11KV/433 Volts of capacity 315 KVA any make/ size/ type complete. |
| 3 | Supply only the silica gel breather assembly with silica gel for HT distribution transformers of 315 KVA capacity complete all as directed . |
| 4 | Supply only the Copper busbar patti in suitable length/ size complete of transformer step down out door type 11KV/433 Volts of capacity 315 KVA any make/ size/ type complete. |

| 6 | Testing of di-electric strength i.e BDV test for 60 Sec with stand the transformer oil of any capacity to authorised value 45 to 60 KV using standard oil test kit as per result as IS 335 - 1993 & 6792 -1972 complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for arrangement of standard testing kit .(ii) The dielectric strength value of the transformer oil shall be tested before filtration.(iii) Sample of oil to be collected and testing to be done at transformer site.(iv) Testing to be done with gap seting - 2.5 mm , tempreture setting on ambient and frequency with 50 cycle . (v) Test reports shall be enclosed at the time of payment. |
| 7 | Filtration of transformer oil of transformers installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking necessary conections to filteration plant from transformer and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and out let connections. (ii) Electric supply for the filteration plant will be made self arrangement by the contractor and cost deemed to be including qouted rates. (iii) The dielectric strength value of the transformer oil shall be tested affter filtration as specified and directed.(iv) Test reports shall be enclosed at the time of payment. |
| 8 | Supplying, filling dehydration of new transformer oil for toping up/replacement of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (rms) with gap of 2.5 mm all as conforming to IS 335 of 1993 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | S&F in replacement of unserviceable lightning arrestors with new 11 KV Lightning arrestors explusion type complete with all fittings and necessary connection,transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps complete all as directed |
| 10 | Material and labour for switch air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated (with GI operating rod), mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level, vertical type for current rating upto 400 Amps on HT 11000 volts working pressure, including locking arrangement with 06 lever lock and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Supply, lay, test and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable (HTUG), 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm ( Earthed) including takingout existing unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.Note - Rates are included with Megger testing of Cable. |
| 12 | Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and testing after jointing including taking out unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather of size 240 Sqmm laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to plate form and panel and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete |
| 14 | Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil all as directed. |
| 15 | Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed. |
| 16 | Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed. |
