| 3 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specificationon on Old work (one or more coats) incl preparation of old surface by removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete on Walls. |
| 4 | Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on Old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface, including removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete. |
| 5 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |
| 6 | Providing and Painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. |
| 7 | Half brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in plinth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). |
| 8 | Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). |
| 9 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates including centering and shuttering etc complete in drain. |
| 10 | Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth. |
| 11 | Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty with Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) |
| 12 | Providing and fixing Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood beading |
| 13 | Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). |
| 14 | Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with nonwoven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147.
