| 3 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specificationon on Old work (one or more coats) incl preparation of old surface by removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete on Walls. |
| 4 | Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on Old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface, including removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete. |
| 5 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |
| 6 | Providing and Painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. |
| 7 | Half brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in plinth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). |
| 8 | Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). |
| 9 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates including centering and shuttering etc complete in drain. |
| 10 | Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing to existing door frames of 25 mm thick Solid panel PVC flush door shutters made out of a single piece extruded solid PVC profiles, 5mm thick, having the size of 762 mm x 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing aluminium handles of size : 100 mm, transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete |
