| 3 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down 11/0.415 KV capacity 250 KVA transformer level III, IS-1180 Part-I outdoor type coper wound 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycle per second, oil immersed naturally cooled external cooling tube core type delta connection on primery side (HV side) and star connection on secondary side (LV side) having typing 0, +2.5%, +5%, +7.5% to be charged by means of hand operated, off load/ tap charging gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with standard fittings with such as two earthing terminals for body and one additional for neutral brought out in bushing, oil level gauge indicator for level minimum and maximum, lifting lugs, rating and terminal plate, plain breather device to prevent ingress of rain water and inserts, drain cum sampling value 20 mm bore steel with plug, dial type thermo meter, oil filling hole 32 mm threaded with plung. The transformer shall be powder coated for water/ dusft and vermin proof . Note- (i) Transformer oil shall be conforming to requirement of IS 335-1983 specification for new insulating oil for transformer. (ii) Equipment shall be suitable to operate at 4200 m above MSL at temerature variation between (-) 35 degree centigrade to (+) 30 degree centigrade, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | M&L for platform of transformer 250 KVA with bricks/ stone masonry work of size 2.4m x 2.9m and height upto 1.5 m as per CELZ TD No CELZ/TD-02/2022 from ground level including provn of a step with brick masonary, including plastering white wash of the same plastering and white wash upto height of transformer bottom and surrounding area fenced with chain link fencing duly supported with MS work i.e. angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm and braced with flat iron 25 x 25 x 6mm including provn of opening gate with same material with locking arrangement and brick work with plastering and white wash around the fencing with height 0.30 cm from GL and height of fence should be upto transformer height after installation on platform, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
