| 4 | Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DX type double skinned air handling units, floor mounting type of 16.5 TR, 12240 CMH capacity (Twin Circuit evaporator coil of 8.5 TR each) complete with suitable blower/fan (asper approved make), ARI certified, with 0.8mm double skinned 40mm thick PUF panel, belt guards, suitable supports for suspending from slab, vibration isolator, etc. conforming to specifications. |
| 5 | The AHU shall contain blower section, with suitable external static pressure, built in pre filter, fine filter and able to connect to 2 nos of 8.5 TR condensing units, insulated SS drain pan, 4/6 row cooling coil, electric motor, belt drive package with TEFC motor class 'B' insulation, suitable for 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz supply, including suitable AHU-Control panel. |
| 6 | The AHU control panel shall consist of Microprocessor based control complete with accessories, machine Isolation / disconnect switch, Necessary starters suitable for Indoor & two outdoor units complete with O/L, U/V, phase reversal protection, single phase preventors including fault annunciation display i/c copper conductor control and power cable. |
| 7 | The above work includes all ducting/mouth piece. connection like canvass connection, if any alteration, to connect exist supply & return ducting with appropriate insulation, Mounting pads, etc. complete as required. |
| 8 | Condensing Units: Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of air cooled condensing unit machine with each having a capacity of 8.5 TR and details as mentioned below suitable for operation on R 32/R-410A Green refrigerant comprising of Scroll type compressor hermetically sealed complete with automatic capacity, safety switches, lubrication system ,condenser with necessary fittings for refrigerant piping connections, necessary structural support for mounting condensers, valves and accessories to inter connect compressor and condenser including pressure testing, vacuum.. complete as required. |
| 9 | Copper Pipping: Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping [1-1/8” for Suction Line & 5/8 or 7/8” liquid line] set for the above system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required |
| 10 | HVAC Robotic duct cleaning with the following scope of work: |
| 11 | The scope of work is to identify and remove all indoor air pollutants within the mechanical air ventilation system utilizing robotic technology. |
| 12 | The objective of the Air Ventilation Duct Cleaning is to conduct pre visual and robotic inspection of the air duct system utilizing robotic inspection equipment. |
| 13 | To use powerful High Efficiency Particle Air (HEPA)-filtered collection units that are attached to the air duct system, creating a negative pressure that draws debris to the collection unit |
| 14 | To utilize mechanical agitation with robot and brushing tools work with compressed air-driven whips and tools to dislodge debris on the interior surface of all main and branch supply, return air ductwork and flexible ducts |
| 15 | To mount/fit access doors in the air ventilation ductwork |
| 16 | To conduct post visual and robotic inspection of the mechanical air ventilation system utilizing a robotic inspection system |
| 17 | To provide professional pre & post remediation report with still images and pre & post video of the robotic duct cleaning exercise |
| 18 | The work includes minimum duct repair works like reinsulating of mouth/supply collars etc. |
| 19 | Supply of 4 sqmm 4 core PVC /XLPE insulated armoured cable with copper conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/ 1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for XLPE |
| 20 | 1.5 sqmm 4 core PVC / XLPE insulated armoured control cables with copper conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 V conforming to IS 1554 part I 1988 for PVC and IS 7098 part I for XLPE |
