Providing & fixing of FAG make bearing for Bhuri Singh Power House, Machine No. 1, including dismantling and removal of the existing damaged bearing and installation of the new bearing. Brg 22322 E1-XL-KC3 make FAG and sleeve H2322. The scope shall also include the supply of one complete spare set of bearing and sleeve. Installation, all necessary, fitting, adjustment and alignment works shall be carried out to ensure proper seating and operation of the bearing. The contractor shall achieve complete machine alignment and ensure satisfactory performance and reliable operation of the machine in all respects.

Fabrication, machining and supply of turbine shaft sleeve as per drawing and technical specification for Bhuri Singh Power House, Machine No. 1.
