In the crushing season 2026-27, sugarcane weighing scales at external sugarcane centres will be constructed by constructing four cemented pillars using bricks, fitting the scales on the prepared pillars, and filling soil on both sides of the scales and on the ramps as required. Payment for raw materials (bricks, sand, cement, labour) etc. will not be made, and testing and satisfactory trials of the scales will have to be given. The contractor will get all the work done using his own resources.

Lifting 10 ton full electronic weighing scales from the sugar mill premises and taking them to the designated place (purchase centre) and installing them there and uprooting them at the end of the session and bringing them back and keeping them safely at the designated place in the sugar mill premises. Along with the scales, taking beam scale, bot, tikudia etc. to the external purchase centre and after the end of the session, keeping beam scale, bot, tikudia etc. at the designated place in a safe place in the mill premises.

At all approved outdoor sugarcane centers, a 3 x 3 x 2.50 (3 ft long, 3 ft high, 2.5 ft wide) bench (wall) will be constructed from brick and cement for the weighing clerks to sit. The contractor will have to arrange for sand, brick, cement, and labor.
