The work includes cutting the required size hole in the existing brick masonry wall, fixing the fan assembly using suitable dash hold fasteners 12.5mm dia (4 Nos), providing necessary PVC conduits and wiring leads, and making good the cut wall surface with cement mortar/plaster and painting to match the existing finish, complete in all respects as per CPWD Specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

The work includes supplying and fixing 20 mm nominal dia CPVC pipes (upto 6m) and fittings for concealed/exposed water supply (as per requirement), 50 mm UPVC pipes and fittings for drainage (upto 3m), providing and fixing 15 mm C.P. brass bib cocks/taps (2 Nos), 15 mm C.P. brass angle valves (2 Nos), PTMT/brass waste coupling, and flexible PVC waste pipe (1 set). The rate is inclusive of making connections to the existing water supply and drainage systems, cutting chases in masonry walls/floors, laying pipes, making good the damaged portions with cement mortar, and testing the system for leaks, complete in all respects as per CPWD Specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

The work comprises supplying and fixing modular 16A power sockets with switches (3 Nos), modular 6A sockets with switches (2 Nos), and modular metal boxes with cover plates of approved make. Includes wiring in suitable size 1.5 sq.mm and 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables within PVC conduits, cutting chases in walls, making good the damages, connecting to the existing electrical distribution system with necessary MCBs, testing, and commissioning complete as per CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Excavation in areas affected by tree root intrusion beneath existing flooring/structure, including careful removal and disposal of tree roots, stumps and associated growth, cutting/trimming of trees and branches wherever required after obtaining necessary permissions from the competent authority/Forest Department/Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC). The required permission letters/recommendations shall be issued by ASI; however, all liaisoning, follow-up, statutory fees, charges and expenditures in this regard shall be borne by the contractor. The item includes dismantling and removal of affected portions, excavation to the required depth, removal of roots and organic matter, treatment of excavated area as directed, backfilling with approved earth/sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, watering, compaction to required density, dressing, levelling and preparation of subgrade/base suitable for subsequent laying of grade slab, flooring or tile work, including disposal of unserviceable material and all incidental operations complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. | 11 | Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 0.5 HP automatic domestic pressure boosting pump set (1 No.) of approved make, complete with integrated pressure controller. The work includes providing and fixing necessary plumbing accessories comprising 25 mm dia brass full way valves with C.I. wheel (2 Nos), 25 mm dia gunmetal non-return valve (1 No.), 25 mm G.I. unions (2 Nos), flexible anti-vibration connectors (2 Nos), and 25 mm nominal dia CPVC pipes (upto 3m) for bypass, suction, and delivery connections. The rate is inclusive of making complete electrical connections with required cables and switches, testing for required pressure, and commissioning the system complete as per CPWD Specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
