Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Aerosol-based fire suppression system for protection of critical areas that shall be electrically actuated including supply of UL/EN approved aerosol generators. The housing shall be constructed of stainless steel shell and sealed with non-permiable membrane. The units shall have passed salt spray corrosion testing as per NFPA/UL/EN/KIWA/UL2775 as part of their listing. The aerosol generator shall be potassium-based, non-toxic and providing effective fire suppression while being environmental friendly with zero Ozone Depletion Potential and Zero Global Warming potential, CFC & HFC-Free. Agent shall be listed by the US EPA under the SNAP program, that shall be non- toxic and marked with the green label. Aerosol generators shall be listed by Underwriter's Laboratory (UL)/EN subject to UL-2775 covering Fixed Condensed Aerosol System as per NFPA 2010. The room flooding must be designed as per UL/EN density of Aerosol less than 110 g/cu. mtr. for Class A, B & C fires as per NFPA 2010. The aerosol generator should have self life of atleast 15 years. The system shall comply with relevant standards including NBC 2016, NFPA 2010, complete with all necessary accessories and works required for satisfactory operation.Note : Number of Aerosol uni, design software for a given dimension of room duly approved by manufacturer (OEM) shall be submitted prior to starting of the works. Fire Suppression System for following rooms and given approximate volume.The gas Supression should be integrated with the Exsisting Conventioanl Type Fire detection and Alarm system of Ravel make with Fire Alarm panel of Model RE-102.
