| 12 | M & L for applying three coats of fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing treatment on roof/terrace/podium surfaces and like incluing crack seal treatment as per manufacturer intructions, formulated with select elastomeric and resilient acrylic polymers and reinforcing polyester fiber, upon curing, forms a thick seamless, durable treatment. Apply self priming coat with 33% of water dilution in a verticle or horizontal surface. Treatment should be viscous liquid apprearence & colour white and applied in following procedure :-(a) Apply first coat of the material shoulde be in both direction of surface without dilution to achieve a forced system coverage of 0.93 sq metre per liter. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours between coats. (b) Apply second coats without dilution to achieve the forced system coverage of 1.20 sqm per liter on perviously painting surface with high quality. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours between second and third coats. (c) Apply Third coats without dilution to achieve the forced system coverage of 2.32 sqm per liter on perviously painting surface with high quality. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours before exterior emulation plaint (d) Apply two coats external emulsion of the painting surface. Allow it to dry 4-6 hours between coats.(Colour to be approved by GE) Note :- Executive as per manufacture instruction. rate shall be Including scaffolding, trestles, ladders cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as directed by Engineer-in-chage. |
