The WPC panels (minimum thickness 12mm to 18mm) shall be fixed to the framework using counter-sunk stainless steel screws and adhesives, ensuring seamless joints and perfect alignment. The nomenclature includes making necessary cut-outs for 15W LED round panel lights and creating a recessed cove (step) of size as per drawing for installing LED strip lights. Item also includes finishing the edges with matching WPC L-profiles/trims, complete in all respects as per the architectural design and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

The fixture shall have a pressure die-cast aluminium housing, high-efficiency translucent diffuser, and an independent electronic LED driver operating on 230V AC supply. Rate shall include all types of wiring, making necessary circular cut-outs in the WPC false ceiling, connection with PVC insulated copper conductor cable, testing, and commissioning complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge |
| 3 | Providing and fixing recessed/surface mounted square LED panel light fixture of 36 Watt, 4000K color temperature of Havells make or approved equivalent, suitable for false ceiling grid installation. The fixture shall be equipped with a high-grade PMMA light guide plate (LGP), anti-glare opal diffuser, and heavy-duty isolated constant current driver. Rate shall include fabricating the rigid supporting frame/cut-out within the ceiling framework, alignment, necessary electrical connections, testing, and commissioning complete in all respects as per architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of premium aerodynamically designed, whisper-quiet ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep, White color, Aeroslim model from the Aero Series of Orient Electric (CK Birla Group) make or approved equivalent. The fan must feature a high-efficiency inverter/BLDC motor ensuring super-silent and powerful air delivery, seamless aerodynamic profile with high-grade resin blades, and integrated remote-control operation functionality. Rate shall be inclusive of assembling the motorbody, blades, canopy, providing and fixing standard down-rod, shackle kit with heavy-duty rubber insulators, safety split-pins, making necessary electrical connections with the existing ceiling rose/wiring terminal, testing, and pairing/commissioning of the digital remote control handset, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Supply, fixing, testing, and commissioning of high-density, flexible LED Strip/Rope light fixture of approved premium make (such as Philips / Havells / Wipro) in existing false ceiling coves. The strip light shall have a power rating of 10W to 12W per metre, emitting a uniform Warm White (3000K) color temperature light output. The LED strip must feature high-efficacy chips with a minimum density of 120 LEDs per metre to ensure a dotless seamless glow, encapsulated in a flexible, heat-resistant, protective clear PVC/Silicone sleeve. Rate shall be inclusive of supplying and installing a compatible heavy-duty constant voltage electronic industrial driver/power adapter (230V AC to 12V/24V/110V DC), copper-pin connectors, end-caps, mounting profile or heavy-duty self-adhesive backing tape, making necessary circuit wiring connections, testing, and commissioning complete in all respects as per architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) laminated hollow/solid ceiling panels of approved make, design, and shade (such as wooden texture / glossy white / customized patterns) in false ceiling at all heights.The work shall include providing and fixing a primary and secondary grid framework of galvanized iron (G.I.) channels/sections conforming to IS standards, securely suspended from the RCC roof/slab using dash-fasteners, G.I. hangers, and connecting clips at required intervals to ensure structural stability. The PVC panels (minimum width 250mm to 300mm and thickness 7mm to 10mm, having a minimum weight of 2.5 kg/sqm to 3.0 kg/sqm) shall be seamlessly interlocked using the tongue-and-groove system and fixed firmly to the G.I. framework using counter-sunk corrosion-resistant self-tapping screws. Also includes making precise cut-outs for LED round panel lights/downlighters, creating a multi-step recessed cove (step-design) of specified dimensions as per the architectural drawing for installing concealed LED strip lights. The item is complete in all respects, including finishing all perimeter edges, joints, and corners with matching PVC L-profiles, U-trims, or decorative cornices, ensuring perfect alignment, leveling, and seamless joints, as per the architectural design and satisfaction/direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
