| 1 | Note for attending day to day complaints :-(a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of Engineer-in-Charge daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned Engineer-in-Charge / JE to receive all complaints related to (plumbing / Carpenter / blockages, etc) of entire area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers for all the Complaint cell as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safety measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day.(c) The complaints related to internal plumbing / blockages (WC / bath / kitchen, etc) shall be attended on the same day (within 12 hour).(d) In case any complaint pertaining to Plumbing/Sewage/ electrical is not attended on same day, penalty @ Rs. 100/- per complaint will be deducted from contractor payments. |
