| 1 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. |

| 8 | Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. |

| 11 | Restoration work : After surface preparation, proper applications to be done with Dr. Fixit rust remover over the effected bars, after removing the rust from the surface with sand paper wash it throughly and apply Dr. Fixit epoxy zinc primer over the clean bar to regainits thickness. Application polymer coating and polymer modified mortar over the minimum thickness area in case of major affected area apply Dr. Fixit Epoxy Bonding agent over the saturated dry surface as a old and new concrete bonding agent over the entire dismantled surface then apply polymer modified concrete to repair of damage reinforced concrete like beams, slabs etc of apply Dr. Fixit microconcrete/repair moratr where acess is restricted and compaction is not possibe (whwnever necessary) |
| 12 | Providing and laying Micro concrete thickness as per the drawing by consultant on the designated area to the prepared slurry tight shuttering with proper shear connsector and bonding agent where ecer necessary the fluid micro-concrete repair material shall be single component, cement based, talrak microconcrete GP or equivalent to which only the site-addition of clean water ( and approved frade coarse aggregrate where specified) shall be permitted. the micro concrete shall contain no metallic aggregrate or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastec state. The micro concrete in the flowable consisitency should acheive a compressive strength of 50 Mpa after 28 days at 30C. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-4%. The flexural strength not be less the % Mpa@ 28 days. The mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100kh/m3 at 27C strictly fallowing manufacture instruction direction of Engineer in charge.
