(Note: 6hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained)(e) All auxillary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as part of system. CE(AF)/NGP/TKD/TEMP 06 OF 2026- 27 Name of the Bidder/ Bidding Firm / Company : SCHEDULE OF CREDITNOTES:-1. The unit rate of materials/items given under column 5 are minimum rate fixed by the department. The contractor shall quote his unit rate under column 7 and arrive at the amount under column 8 and there by total amount of sch of credit. However, if the quoted rate is lower than the rate inserted by MES, the same shall be treated as “AT PAR” and the amount shall be corrected accordingly to work out the total credit amount. 2. It will be responsibility of the contractor for removal of demolished material thereof, without any extra cost. The materials obtained from dismantling/demolition shall be the property of the contractor.3. The contractor is advised to inspect the buildings/structures to be demolished and ascertain the quantity and quality of material to be obtained from demolition. No claim whatsoever, on account of quality/quantity of material actually obtained on demolition shall be admissible4. The materials obtained by demolition / dismantling as per relevant part of schedule ‘A’ is given below and complete dismantled material shall be the property of the contractor and credit for the same shall be charged from the contractor. The credit assessed by the department is only rough indication and the contractor shall have no claims whatsoever against Government if the actual cost of the salvaged materials turn out to be different from the amount assessed by the department.5. The quantities inserted in the column 4 are approximate and the contractor will have no claim if the quantities obtained to be different on execution. The actual quantities shall be measured as per the work actually executed at site against the respective items of Sch ‘A’.6. The credit amount of this schedule will be carried over to General Summary/BOQ here-in-after to arrive at the contract Sum.7. The materials listed in this schedule shall be recorded in the measurement Book and accordingly to be abstracted as per work done of the respective items of Schedule ‘A’ and the total abstracted credit amount shall be deducted from the total value of work done.8. The materials so obtained by the contractor shall not be allowed to be reused in the work unless otherwise mentioned and the contractor shall remove the same from the work site with prior permission of GE without any extra cost to the Deptt only after adjustment of the amount of credit in first payment.
