Overhauling of 2 Nos. eroded break jet nozzle liner set , repair of 2 Nos. spear dismantled and 2 Nos. liner set by conducting NDT, grinding, welding and machining thereof by mean of suitable stainless steel welding electrodes and then matching profile with the original design.

Manufacturing of 48 Nos. Stud and Nut of dia for the Tip liner as per sample Mild Steel Studs for fixing the Liner set to the liner bed as per sample .

Pitting cavity repair of the nozzle in for one no. unit to be completed by cleaning, filling, and precision grinding to restore the original surface. In-situ grinding of the liner bed (upper and lower) was carried out to remove wear and unevenness, ensuring proper alignment and smoothness within OEM tolerances. Final inspection and surface finishing were performed to restore mechanical integrity and ensure reliable operation of the unit. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
