| 3 | Water proofing tratment to existing roof/terrace using sika coolcoat /or equivalent Single component, acrylic based, flexible, micro fibre reinforced waterproofing and heat reflective coating system. the treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and shall include.(a) Preparation of substrate and cleaning it off all loose and triable by mechanical means(b) Open the cracks lines to form , V grooves with cutter/hammer/chisel up to 5-10mm and filling with crack filler and PU sealant.(c) application of primer coat @ 0.2 to 0.3 kg/ sqm followed by the first coat @ 0.75kg/ Sqm.(d) The second coat shall be applied @ 0.75 kg / Sqm and reinforced with fabric re-inforcement between the first and second coat.(e) The top coat of primer shall be applied after the second coat dries off @ 0.05-0.08 Kg per Sqm.(f) The material shall adhere to following specification.
