| 16 | Locating of fault in underground laid HT cable with the help of suitable cable fault locating equipment/machine, including identification of the exact fault location through pre-location and pin-pointing techniques. The scope of work shall include arrangement of all necessary testing instruments, power supply, generator set (if required), skilled manpower, tools and tackles required for fault detection. After locating the fault, the job shall include excavation of earth at the fault point, exposing the cable, drawing out the faulty portion of cable from the trench/pit for inspection and repair/replacement by others, dewatering (if required), and restoration of the site to its original condition after completion of the work. The rate shall also include all labour, transportation, consumables, safety measures, and petty materials required for successful execution of the work. The work shall be carried out complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 17 | Supplying and laying of electrical insulating rubber mat of size 6 feet × 3 feet and 12 mm thickness, conforming to relevant ISI/IEC standards and suitable for use in HT electrical installations. The rubber mat shall be of superior quality, anti-skid, fire-retardant, moisture-resistant, and capable of withstanding the specified operating voltage as per applicable safety standards. |
| 18 | Supplying and fixing of Medium Size First Aid Box made of 16 SWG/16 Gauge M.S. sheet, duly painted with red enamel paint and marked with a white cross on the front, having approximate size of 14” × 7” × 5”, complete with suitable locking arrangement and wall mounting accessories. The First Aid Box shall be supplied complete with standard first aid contents comprising 6 Nos. wound dressings, 3 Nos. burn dressings, 13 grams absorbent cotton wool, 1 No. dressing scissors, 1 bottle of Spirit of Sal Volatile, 1 tube of burn ointment (Burnol or equivalent), aspirin tablets, 1 No. artificial respirator, and other essential first aid items as per applicable safety requirements. |

| 20 | Supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning of ISI-marked Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Type Fire Extinguisher of 9 Kg capacity, conforming to the latest applicable Indian Standards and suitable for extinguishing electrical and flammable liquid fires. The fire extinguisher shall be complete with operating valve, discharge horn, safety pin, pressure-tested cylinder, mounting bracket, and all standard accessories as specified by the manufacturer. The work shall include supply, transportation, handling, erection/hanging of the fire extinguisher at the designated location on wall-mounted hooks or brackets, including supply and fixing of hooks, clamps, fasteners, and all necessary mounting hardware. | 22 | Dehydration, filtration, and purification of transformer insulating oil in power/distribution transformers using a high-vacuum transformer oil filtration and dehydration plant, including removal of moisture, dissolved gases, sludge, suspended particles, and other contaminants to restore the dielectric strength and insulating properties of the oil. The scope of work shall include collection and circulation of transformer oil through the filtration/dehydration unit, heating, vacuum treatment, degassing, dehydration, testing of oil parameters before and after treatment, and refilling of the processed oil into the transformer. The contractor shall ensure that the dielectric strength (BDV) and other relevant parameters of the oil are improved to acceptable limits as per applicable standards and the requirements of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 23 | Supplying and refilling of transformer insulating oil in the existing power/distribution transformer, conforming to the latest applicable IS specifications for unused mineral insulating oil suitable for transformer applications. The transformer oil shall possess the required dielectric strength, moisture content, and insulating characteristics as per relevant standards. The rate shall include the cost of transformer oil, all labour, tools and tackles, testing equipment, transportation, consumables, and petty materials required for complete execution of the work. | 24 | Supplying, fabricating, painting, and fixing M.S. Chequered Plate covers made from 5 mm thick M.S. chequered plate, 2 feet wide or as required, for covering cable trenches in HT/LT substations, switch rooms, and other locations.
