| 2 | Taking down GI/Alum earth strips including insulators and air termination rods carefully of the high rise buildings up to 35 mtrs from the ground level including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Supply and fix single pointed air termination Aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long with grooved bottom to fix bolt/fastener mounted on/ fixed to GI pipe 25mm dia with necessary fastener duly insulated like rubber gasket/cork sheet etc with necessary connection to earthing strip etc complete all as specified and directed (Note:- GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.) |
| 4 | M & L for Horizontol roof conductor and down conductor of size 25x3.15 mm aluminium strip fixed on roof column wall by means of hylam sheet block spaced at one metre and marking grooves to hold/seat aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Hylam sheet block shall be in two pices each 10mm thick one fixed to base with brass screws and the other fixed over it with brass screws after fixing aluminium strip in the groove provided. |
| 5 | Supply and fix GI strip 32x6mm for lightening conductor laid in trench/wall/floor etc including earth work and neccessary clamps, nuts, bolts hylam sheet block etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Supply and fix Test Point Terminal Box of size 200 X 100 X 100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet, drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | GI pipe, 40m bore, Medium grade for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead protection, laid in trenches or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed |
| 8 | M&L for Roof conductor holder for flat roof with concrete block for fixing GI alloy flat conductor in the flat terrace surface suitable for flat conductor size upto 30 x 4 complete all as specified and as directed Make-CAPE or EQUIVALEMT |
| 9 | GI pipe, 25mm bore, Medium grade support to hold air termination duly anchored hard engineering PVC holder/ cork holders/insulated holder etc as desired secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed |
| 10 | M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded aggregate for PCC blocks duly engraved with 40mm GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed |
| 11 | S & F 'T' type porcelain insulator made of high quality porcelain and resistant to tempratures humidity and UV radiations to provide high quality insulation, overall sizes not less than 3cmx5.5cm to hold the down conductors suitable for GI/Al strip of size not less tha 32mm width @ 02 Nos per RM complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rate quoted to including of scuffolding or any other safety arrangements to work along the walls/floors of the bldgs up to 35mtr height) |
| 12 | S&F PVC pipe 40mm dia with connected clamps, bends etc. For strip protection to avoid the ground conductor contacting with any conductive componants of the bldgs area, heavy duty ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.( Rate quoted deemed to be incl of clamps, screws etc for fixing on wall/floor) |
| 13 | Materal and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate elctrode 600x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried in ground not less than 2.25 mts deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground connected GI earth strip 32x6mm fixed by means of bolts,nuts ,check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron GI pipe 25 mm dia perforated and top edge including necessary excavation earth work etc and earh pit size 300 x 300 x 300 mm with PCC type C1 1:3:6 RCC cover slab with type B1, 1:2:3 as per SSR plate No.5 and testing on completion. |
| 14 | Re-fixing of GI/Alum earth strip after stretching the taking out strips on high rise Bldg surface wall/roof complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable complete all as specified. |
| 16 | Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified |
