Inspection chambers with CI gratings, including refilling of excavated gaps.8. Steel roof trusses and built-up sections, including gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets, welding, and dismembering.9. RCC works, stone rubble/laterite masonry, and cement concrete works.10. Bituminous road dismantling.11. Cleaning of septic tanks, sewer lines, and inspection chambers. |
| 2 | The cost is inclusive of Recovery and handling of salvage/scrap materials such as steel, wood, aluminium, GS sheets, etc.The work shall be carried out by manual or mechanical means, including cutting, dismembering, stacking of serviceable materials within specified lead, disposal of unserviceable materials/malba from site at approved locations within specified leads, loading/unloading, transportation, scaffolding, safety arrangements, labour, tools & plants, machinery, and all incidental charges required to complete the work satisfactorily.(Notes: Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis for the complete work described above. No extra payment shall be made for incidental works, safety arrangements, scaffolding, or disposal within specified leads. All dismantling/demolition shall be executed with proper safety measures, scaffolding, and protective gear. Unserviceable materials/malba shall be disposed of at approved locations within specified leads. Contractor shall ensure environmental compliance during disposal.) |
