Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in cm 1:2, 20mm thick. And pointing with whites cement 0.4 kg per sqm mixed with colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neaty complying with the standard specification and directed by the department officers.

Plastering with CM 1:4, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

White washing two coats using fine shell lime including cost and conveyance and all labour charges ctc. Complete

Colour washing two coats using distember including cost and conveyance and all labour charges ctc. Complete

Painting two coats with Exterior Emulsion paint over cement plastered wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting TWO coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows,ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
