| 1 | Note for all items:(i) Cost of labour for providing new items including replacement /Demolition/ dismantling/ taking out/down of old unserviceable items shall be deemed to be inclusive under respective items. (ii) Material to be incorporated shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items 1 to 139 as given below. (iii) Supervisor will collect the complaints from the complaint cell and complete the same and feedback given to the complaint cell on same day & if complaint is not attended within 24 hour a penal recovery @ Rs. 1000.00 per complaint per day will be recovered from contractor due payment.(iv) The complaints for the above works shall be registered by contractor at the B/R complaint cell of AGE B/R-I.(v) Stationary required such as complaint book, job cards etc shall be arranged by the contractor and proper record shall be maintained by the contractor.(vi) Tools ,Skilled Tradesmen with helper and Transport with driver for attending of above complaints shall be arranged by contractor. (vii) The spares / items required for the works shall be measured separately under relevant item as supply & fixing.(viii) Excavation, returning/ filling and removal shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.(ix) A complaint register will be maintained by the contractor bearing details of every coomplaint attended shall be entered by the contractor daily including details like building No, Location etc, and the register shall be signed by contrcator, JE Civ and Engineer in Charge. The register will be submitted alongwith RAR/ Final bill for technical check.(x) The rate quoted by the contractor for below jobs under shall be inclusive of of all the above notes. |
