| 5 | Oil Filration, Dehydration & Degasification: Filtration, Dehydration & Degasification of transformer oils and processing the same till the Dielectric Strength of Transformer Oil reaches a value of 60 kV at 2.5 mm gap by providing suitable machinery for Dehydration and Filtration of Transformer Oil at the locations of transformers (in-situ) in Pumping/Delivery Station. Testing of at least one sample each at an interval of every 03 (three) hours of Dehydration & Filtration process. Continuing the process of Filtration and Dehydration till the Dielectric Strength of transformer reaches a value of 60 KV. The filtration and testing procedure should as per IS 1866 & 335. Taking minimum three joint samples of the oil from each transformer, after completion of process of Filtration and Dehydration and testing the sample in the presence of IOC representative for final results as directed by Site Engineer/ Engineer-in-Charge.Work to be done as detailed in Technical Specifications under respective heading and as per instruction of Engineer In Charge.
