| 59 | Note for item No. 1.00 to 58.00:- (i) Contrator/His reprentetive collect the complaints/docket at 0830 Hrs from complain cell daily and Contractor has to maintain record register and submit the same at the end of the week to concern Executive. (ii) Complaints rectified within 08 Hrs. If contractor fail to rectify the complaints within 8 Hrs,penalty of Rs 500/- charged as per complaints per day. (iii) All staff take proper hygiene precaution and instruction followed as per order given by Stn HQ Instruction time to time. (iv) All T&P and safety equipment provided to workers by the contractor, if he failed in any will be fined Rs 250/- per man per day.(v) Due to Security reason Supervisor reqd in each site of external work like painting on external wall if the contractor fail it to maintain, penalty charged 500/- per day per site.
