| 28 | M&L for disconnecting electrical connections motor located at the top of cooling tower,keep cables at safe custody for reconnection and dismantling and taking out fan blade assembly along with motor mounted on base frame at the top of cooling tower after cutting/dismentaling all nuts, bolts and fixtures from the mounting frame and removing whole assembly including motor and base frame from the top of cooling tower with the help of T&P for servicing of cooling tower suitable for 80 to 120 TR capcity including following complete:-(i) Cleaning /scrapping of inner& outer surface of FRP basin, repair of damaged portion if any incuding FRP lining of all surfaces joints to avoid leakage including replacement of all nuts and bolts joining all parts of Basin complete. (ii) servicing cooling tower plant through cleaning re-agent complete pipe line, including servicing of cooling tower motor and fan and make the necessary alignment with motor. (iii) replacement of bearing if any of suitable cap if any after necessory work including gressing and replacement of nut bolts and preventing leakage if any by means of suitable adetives etc all as directed and specified. (iv) taking out PVC fills blocks, cleaning and refixing as per existing location and channel direction if pvc fills vintage then replace with new one measure seprately . (v) servicing of spray header and sprinkler assy complete. (vi) repair of water strainer complete. |
