Erecting and dismantling of tubular scaffolding wherever necessary for lifting/shifting of materials including fixing base of the scaffolding to be placed on rubber mat and sufficient base padding to be provided to avoid any slips and jerks to the scaffolding works and intermittent platforms to be fixed to provide the working area and sufficient safety measures to be adopted during the execution of work etc. complete as per the direction of the site in charge.

Carefully removing of dead/disintegrated/damaged weathered course over the roof surface with following the necessary precautionary measures including fixing anti dust mesh around the roof to avoid spreading of dust around the temple premises as the temple is prime living temple, without causing any damage to architectural and stucco work and disposing the weathered course debris away from the site etc. complete as per the direction of site-in-charge.

Cleaning the surface after removal of weathering course over the roof for identification and clearing the joints and preparing the surface for joint filling pointing and weather proof course, using jet sprayer /mechanically carefully without causing any damage to the stucco work and structures etc. complete as per the direction of site- in-charge.

Lime base grouting in cracks/ Fissures/voids in brick masonry by using lime based grout in 1:2 (1 Lime Putty 2: Brick surki screedle) with additives desired consistency, wherever necessary etc .. Complete as directed. (By using low pressure grouting machine with 10 mm nozzle at suitable intervals) as per the direction of the site in charge.

Providing pointing to the prepared surface joints over roof /beams including using traditional lime mortar and necessary herbal ingredients carefully without causing damage to any structure etc. complete all as per specification and as per the direction of the site in charge

Providing and laying Water- tightening the roof surface of the temple and sub-shrines by providing brick-jelly concrete in pure Lime surkhi 1:2 to an average depth of 15 cm. and as per the site conditions by using 20 mm. size brick-jelly, and adding natural ingredients by consolidating and ramming/baking of roof using wooden rammer of different size during different levels of ramming/tamping, including curing without causing damage to any structure etc. complete all as per specification and as per the direction of the site in charge

Recess pointing using Lime mortar to the enclosure wall and flooring surface wherever missing and necessary all around the exterior and interior part of the enclosure wall including cleaning the surface and removing all dirt fungi lichen other foreign substance, cost of materials labour, curing etc. complete all as per specification and direction of site- in-charge

Providing and shifting debris/ unwanted stuff from temple premises and surrounding are including disposing the same 5Km away from the site etc complete as per the directions of site-in-charge.

Plastering the exposed surface with Lime Mortar 1:2 to an average thickness of 40 mm in 2 layers (20 mm + 20 mm). by adding traditional material with suitable colour oxides including curing, as per the standard specifications and as directed etc., complete.
