| 13 | Making and supplying at site, anchor bolts for fixing base of tower, manufactured from EN 8 Steel and of 32mm dia mild steel bar of required length conforming to IS:2062, threaded at top upto 150mm length and welded with lugs made from 100x100x10mm thick mild steel plate at 50mm from bottom including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos. (Nuts & Checknuts) and MS spring washer etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 14 | Labour for hoisting fixing and erection of 15/18/21 mtr. height Roof Top structural Steel Tower as per approved erection drawings with all its necessary components Viz climbing ladder, platforms with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alteration of any mismatching holes to the members wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE:Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tolls, plants and machinerires all insurane, safety provision , acceptance testing etc all complete and nothing extra will be paid) Tower material shall be supplied by department at site. (Weight about 2.30 MT) (Rs. 5,000/- will be with held for acceptance of AT and will be released after completion of AT). |
| 15 | Painting with High gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade in approved pattern and of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats of15/18/21 m RT tower (weight about 3.5 MT) including cost of insurance charges to the labour as directed by Engineer - in - charge. |
| 16 | Sorting of tower material at stores or site required for erection of 18 Roof top Tower in orderely manner as per bill of materials / erection drawings and listing out the missing material, if any complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment under this item shall be made only once for a tower material). |
| 17 | Transportation of 15/18/21 Meter High Roof Top tower material including Anchor bolts, base plates and base angles from concerned BSNL OA Saharanpur store up to site of work by mechanical transportation including loading, unloading and carriage up to site (At second floor roof) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 18 | Supplying at site hot-dipped galvanised steel members for tower to fixed the same wherever found missing or replaced any damaged / vent tower members. (The materials to be used for tower - members shall be galvanised M.S. of grade A as per IS: 2062 -1999 and IS: 808 -1989 and satisfy the relevent test as per IS codes. The fabrication shall be done in accordance with IS: 800-1984 and also in accordance with the approved drawings for the towers under maintenence. The galvanising shall conform to IS: 4759 and 2629. The total mass of galvanising coating shall not be less than 610 gms / sqm i.e. 85 micron thickness) |
| 19 | Supplying at site hot-dipped galvanised nuts, bolts, spring washers and plain washers of required size and length for fixing the same at the joints / junctions of tower wherever found required during maintenece of tower (The material for nuts, bolts shall be of grade 4.6 and as per 6639- 1972, IS: 1364 (Part I to V) -2002, IS: 1367 ( Part VIII) -1992, Plain washers as per IS: 6610-1972 and spring washers of type B as per IS:3063-1994, IS:1148-1982, IS:2015-1977. |
| 20 | Fixing base plate, templates and all anchor bolts etc. for stems of roof top tower foundation including placing in extremely accurate positioning, leveling etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge(Rate includes for fixing all 16 nos. anchor bolts, templates for 04(Four) legged tower etc. complete). |
| 21 | Supplying at site after fabrication MS sheet templates as per drawing (5.00 mm thick) having holes at appropriate location of anchor bolts in tower foundation of roof top tower all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. |
| 22 | Chemical anchor re-baring with 16 mm TMT bars by drilling 20 mm dia holes in RCC Column 300 mm long, cleaning the holes with air blower and embedding 16 mm dia TMT anchor bars in existing RCC column with fischer V plus 360 s injection mortar chemical all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
