Comprehensive maintenance of Central Chilled water type AC plant of capacity 140 TR (02 x 70 TR working and 01 x 70 TR standby),Chiller Unit 70 TR - 03 Nos, Chiller pump capacity 5.5 KW- 03 Nos, condensor pump capacity 7.5 KW - 03 Nos alongwith 03 AHUs of capacity (30000 CFM comprising of 1.5 KW heaters -12 Nos, 14000 CFM and 5000 CFM including 02 cooling towers of 90 TR each by OEM or autherised service person for a period of 11 months and technician should visit the AC plant every Quaterly & including emergency visits (as required )during contract period as and when required for the diagnosis of trouble, adjustment, minor repair of dust and cooling tower such as nuts bolts, washers and leakage of dusting parts etc or re-setting of control as well as maintenance of Central Chilled water type AC plant of capacity 140 TR (02 x 70 TR working and 01 x 70 TR standby),Chiller Unit 70 TR - 03 Nos, Chiller pump capacity 5.5 KW- 03 Nos, condensor pump capacity 7.5 KW - 03 Nos alongwith 03 AHUs of capacity (30000 CFM comprising of 1.5 KW heaters -12 Nos, 14000 CFM and 5000 CFM including 02 cooling towers of 90 TR each keeping the AC plant and the accessories in perfect and working condition with the repair/ replacement of all defective/wom out parts/ components, lubricating of the moving parts of the plant all as required without affecting normal functioning of the plant complete all as specified and as directed .
