| 3 | and transformer shall be confirming to IS : 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5), IS : 1180 and duly ISI Marked and as per CPWD specifications complete in all respects etc as required at site. The maximum flux density in any part of the core and yoke at rated voltage and frequency shall be such that the flux density with + 12.5 percent combined voltage and frequency variation from rated voltage and frequency does not exceed 1.9 Tesla. The permissible temperature-rise shall not exceed 35 degree celsius for oil and 40 degree celsius up to 200 KVA and 40 degree celsius for oil and 45 degree celsius for above 200 KVA for winding. Inside of tank shall be painted with varnish or liquid resistant paint. For external surfaces one coat of thermo setting powder paint or one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of polyurethane base paint shall be used. IS: 1180 (Part 3) shall be referred to for paint thickness for normal to medium corrosive atmosphere. For highly polluted atmosphere and special application external paint work shall be as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Manual charging of breaker should be done without opening the front door (d) Cast resin potential transformer 11KV/√3/110V/V/ 110V/√3, 50VA, class 1.0 Class 3P and HT fuse at the primary end and 04 pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT (Conforming related IS specification)(A) Protection arrangements for the breaker shall comprise of the following: - (i) E/F, O/C & S/C Numerical relay(ii) Complete with Master Trip/Anti pumping relay (iii) Auxiliary Relay Alarm/Trip OTI/WTI (iv) Under voltage protection/Cut outer. All relays shall belong to a common platform and shall be of single make the Electro-mechanical relays in draw out casing. |
