Repair and servicing of HT-OCB's / VCB's of 400 Amps. To 800 Amp. 350 MVA of various types of make. The job includes the dismantling of OCB's/ VCB's & reinstallation of the same in the control panel unit. The cost also includes cleaning the 11KV contacts of HT OCB/VCB, Lubrication of movable parts of mechanism of the panel units, replacements of minor pars during the servicing job being done at site. The job also includes servicing & the cost of minor parts & other, petty material required to complete the job i.e. VCB shunt trip coil, mechanism greasing etc. The job includes the guarantee.

Repair and servicing of LT ACB's of various rating from 630 amp to 1600 amp. of various make. The job includes the dismantling of ACB's and reinstalling of the same in the control panel after the servicing and repairing etc. The cost also includes cleaning of LT contacts mechanism of the panel units, replacement of minor parts during the servicing job being done at site. The job also includes servicing and the cost of minor parts and other petty material required to complete the job i.e. ACB trip coil, mechanism greasing etc. The job includes the guarantee, free servicing and mtc for one year including the repair of the same and replacement of minor parts setting of protection relays, NO/NC contacts, strip coil etc, free of cost during service tenure of 1 year.

Locating of HT/LT underground cable fault approx. 1 mtr. Below ground level with the help of cable fault locating machine. The job includes the cost of digging the excavation/removing the bricks from trench after locating the fault in cable and refilling the trench in original finish after removing the fault and other petty material etc. as required to complete the job.

Supply and Refilling of transformer oil in the existing transformer. The job includes the cost of all petty material require to complete the job to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in –change.

Servicing of 500 KVA Oil Type and 1000 KVA dry type indoor transformer after dismantling all the HT /LT connections to check the insulation resistance to locate the fault with help of magger. The job includes the cost of stepping up / down as per the requirement. The job includes cost of all petty material charges required to complete the job at site to the entire satisfaction to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking the faulty CT/PT metering unit after opening the incomer / outgoing 11 KV cables. The job includes the cost of all petty material require to complete the job to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in –change.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of stationary battery charger set comprising of 2 nos. 12 volts 100AH mtc. free batteries of make Exide/Amara Raja/Luminous only, Charging Unit and suitable capacity of multifunction meter for current and voltage including connection with 2.5sq.mm. FRLS insulated copper conductor cable etc., duly houses in cabinet of size (L x W x D) 36\\"x24\\"x18\\" made of 14 gauge CRCE sheet having 4 Nos. legs of 8\\" length made of M.S. angle of size 50 x 50 x 6mm. The complete cabinet inner and outer side is powder coated of approved shade. The cabinet should have open able door on front side with locking arrangement complete in all respect. Further the charging unit should be suitable for boost mode and trickle mode with display of input & output voltage and current and provided with suitable rating Miniature Circuit Breaker for protection at input supply and output of the battery charger.
