| 7 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. and rubish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1(cement):4(sand) on fair faces of concrete or brick work in two layers (10mm thick 1st layer + 5mm thick finishing layer) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions on top layer only and finish the surface even fair, complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. |

| 13 | Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over the surface, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Second coat will only be carried out after 12 Hrs of first coat. |
| 14 | Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surface of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including knotting and stopping and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade), complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- During painting of window/door (wooden) window glass pane and floor/wall covered with polytheen/ tarpaulin sheet/HDPE cover without any extra charge. |
| 15 | Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- During painting of window/door (steel) window glass pane and floor/wall covered with polytheen/ tarpaulin sheet /HDPE cover without any extra charge. |
| 16 | Material and labour for writing letters or figures Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint,complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | Note for Item No. 1.00 to 16.00:- (i) Quote the rate considering use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. Nothing extra will be paid on account of this. (ii) No jhoola is permitted for the work under any circumstances. (iii) Contractor is responsible for cleaning of floor during periodical, if floor, wall, window, door and glass pane not clean by him penaulty of Rs. 100.00 @ per Sqm recovered from the contractor. (iv) All T&P and safety equipment provided to workers by the contractor, if he failed in any will be fined @ Rs 250/- per person per day.(v) During painting of window/door (steel/wooden) window glass pane and floor/wall covered with polytheen/ tarpaulin sheet/HDPE cover without any extra charge and clean glass with turpentine oil.If fail to clean by him penaulty of Rs 1500.00 charged per accn.
