Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) over all with 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm(six millimetre) diametre and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing valley 90cm (ninety centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat with readymixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : old work (one or more coats) complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
