| 2 | M&L for Comprehensive preventive & periodical maintenance of Air Conditioning Plant, comprising of chiller unit complete, AHU/humidifiers,cooling towers etc of capacity 3 X 100 TR of make - Carrier & Model - 30HXY100A installed at MSL shed No 1 & 2 including servicing of AC Plant by authorized company representative (Carrier Company Ltd) to check and inspect all air release valves, Gas pipe line, gauges, valves connected to the system cleaning and setting of sensors, checking of control panels, checking of cooling and heating system, greasing to all moving parts including all minor spare parts for smooth and efficient functioning complete inspection of all type of filters for smooth & trouble free functioning of AC Plant complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Notes aplicable to serial item No. 1 & 2 here-in-before :-(i) Contractor will submit the serviceability/detail report with status of plant prepared by OEM. List of defects, defectice parts/components for required maintenace to increase efficiency of plant, and contractor need to take instatnt actions for rectifying all defects, replacing all reuired components as per site requirment. (ii) Job includes maintenance of AC plant of capacity 2X100 TR working and and 1X100 TR standby in summer, winter and monsoon season as per the period of contract including periodical checks i.e quarterly maintenance requirement as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) The job covers upkeep of AC plant comprising of chiller unit i.e condenser, chiller, etc. complete and cleaning of AHUs with electric motor including pan type humidifiers of different KW ratings, complete ducting, fan coil units, cooling tower, hot water generator and its piping network, chilled water piping, condense piping, pump and motors of chilled water and condenser and cooling towers, water supply piping, instruement starter, connected control cabling/wiring including electrical panels with switchgear (except compressor unit) for smooth & efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside conditions throughout the season all as specified & as directed. (iv) Servicing of AHU comprising of cleaning inside & outside by vacuum cleaner and chemical (ISI marked) as recommended by OEM, washing/cleaning of filters, oiling/greasing of moving parts complete all as directed.(iv) Cleaning of installation inside and out side of the Bldg and the cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.(v) Contractor shall provide Techanically qualified person for fault attending within 24 hrs. If the AC plant is off load/break down more than 24 hrs, a penalty at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per day shall be levied and deducted from the contractor's payment.(vi) Contractor shall maintain temperature of AC plants at 20 ± 3 degree Celcius and RH 60 ± 10%.
