55.39a:Providing and erecting a \\"Thrie\\" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm above road/ground level, fixed on Structural Steel c section vertical post channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 2 m high with 1.15 m below ground level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of structural steel c section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 546 mm long complete as per clause 811

55.14:Providing and fixing retro-reflectorised ceramic tilesProviding and fixing retro-reflectorised ceramic tiles of size 10cmX20cm using High Intensity Micro Prismatic (Type IV) grade sheeting with 7 years warranty fixed over Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles including cost of glue, cutting charges, fixing with suitable adhisive on concrete or other surface etc complete.

55.10.1:Providing and erecting retro-reflectorised Object Hazard Marker 300mm x 900mm Providing and erecting retro-reflectorised Object Hazard Marker sign with 07 years warranty, manufactured as per IRC 67 USING Type IV ASTM D 4956-09 micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting fixed over aluminium sheetig, 2 mm thick / aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with suitable back support frame and supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm, firmly fixed 30cm above ground level by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30x45cm, 45cm below ground level including painting all non-reflective faces with epoxy paint 2 coats over epoxy primer as per approved drawing and clause 801.300 mm x 900 mm Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
