Provide/Deploye a Helper/Beldar for attending various complaints like upkeeping and maintenance of various premises and helping (Helper/ Beldar) to skilled manpower whenever needed and cleaning the outlets of rain water etc. complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 09:00 a.m to 06:00 p.m daily i/c holidays (Except sunday) for a month by Beldar in proper uniform shall be treated a one job per month. Necessary T&P shall be provided by the contractor.

Provide/Deploye a Sewerman for attending various sewerman related complaints such as opening and cleaning of choked sewer, drain, manhole, gully traps, road gully chamber, water closet, floor traps, wash-basin, kitchen sinks including the vertical stricks, rain water pipe etc., cleaning with acid/ biodegradable chemical/ detergent whenever required as per satisfaction of occupants and including disposing of silts/ malba/ waste garbage etc. complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 09:00 a.m to 06:00 p.m daily i/c holidays (Except sunday) for a month by sewerman in proper uniform shall be treated a one job per month. Necessary T&P shall be provided by the contractor.( Twice a week).

Provide/Deploye a Plumber/ Fitter for attending various Plumber/ Fitter related complaints like fixing of water supply related fittings, sanitory related pipes and fittings, flush valves, stop cock, bib cock, waste pipes, flush pipes, cistern, WC oans, mixer of all kinds showers and all other such fittings etc. complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge. All work is to be attended during 09:00 a.m to 06:00 p.m daily i/c holidays (Except sunday) for a month by Plumber/ Fitter in proper uniform shall be treated a one job per month.
