Cleaning of the Stone surface of the Pyaav- mist cleaning all stone surfaces to take off bird droppings, stains, algae, vegetation growth, etc. If necessary, Appropriate measures to be take along with mist cleaning which would include chemical cleaning : Once in Three months6. Cleaning of the Stone flooring in the pyaav premises- scrubbing and cleaning with soap and water to be undertaken of all stone surfaces to take off bird droppings, stains etc. : Once in Three months7. Repair and replacement of the light fittings, whenever required to maintain in functional state : As required8. Repair and replacement of the plumbing fixtures, whenever required : As required9. Security Guard shall be appointed at site with arrangement of chair, tables, storage, dress code as approved by BMC, including their transportation, amenities as per Workmen's compensation act etc, Complete.
