(iv) Testing the coils for there continuity and no current passing through the stator core. (v) Dynamic testing of the rotor and alignment of the main shaft and ensure that no imbalance vibtrations. (vi) Re-assembling the rotor and connecting the end terminals to the terminal plate of the motor, closing the ends with side covers. (vii) Testing and commissioing the electric motor connecting to the electric supply to its full load by connecting the compressor. (viii) Renewal of Bolts, nuts and washers.Note :- (i) Parts renewed i.e Ball bearing shall be measured and paid separately. However filling of grease and oiling extra shall be deemed to be included in Unit rates quoted by the contractor. (ii) The weight of copper coil provided before varnishing shall be taken for the purpose of payment. |
