Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof of any thickness including removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in padding over roof slab for levelling course all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction over padding when the concrete is green all as specified. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3 Kg per Sqm and 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric weight not less than 150 gms per sqm over hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 Kg / Sqm on horizontal / vertical surface for roof treatment. Polymeric water proofing membrane shall be applied by forced torch application method with 100 mm side lap and End lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified.

M&L for factory made plain cement concrete tile, machine pressed of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 20 mm thick as per IS 1237-1980 with gray cement and pigment laid over 15 mm screed beding layer in cement mortar 1:4 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) over membrane with polymenr based cement proof joint filler as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified.
